§ 10-4-216. Self-Service Storage Facility Not Residence; No Application of Public Bonded Warehouseman Provisions

1. No occupant shall use a self-service storage facility for residential purposes.
2. The provisions of law relative to bonded public warehousemen shall not apply to any owner of a self-service storage facility.
