- Pursuant to section 12-20-105, the board shall charge and collect fees for the following:
- With respect to professional land surveyors:
- Renewal of a license;
- Replacement of a paper certificate or renewal card, if requested by the licensee;
- Application for licensure pursuant to the occupational credential portability program;
- Application for the principles and practice of surveying examination or the legal aspects of surveying examination;
- Issuance of a paper certificate of licensure, if requested by the licensee;
- Late renewal of a license;
- Reexamination for the principles and practice of surveying examination or the legal aspects of surveying examination;
- Reinstatement of an expired license;
- Listing as a retired professional land surveyor;
- With respect to land surveyor-interns:
- Application for the fundamentals of surveying examination;
- Reexamination for the fundamentals of surveying examination;
- Application for enrollment as a land surveyor-intern pursuant to the occupational credential portability program.
