§ 12-220-208. Review of Board Action

1. Section 12-20-408 governs judicial review of any final action of the board to:
   1. Deny or refuse to issue or renew a license;
   2. Suspend a license;
   3. Revoke a license;
   4. Censure a licensee;
   5. Issue a letter of admonition to a licensee;
   6. Place a licensee on probation;
   7. Issue a reprimand to a licensee; or
   8. Issue an order to cease and desist.
2. The provisions of this section apply to a license issued to a dentist or dental hygienist.
