- The director shall license all applicants who meet the requirements for licensure in this article 230.
- The director shall issue or deny a license within sixty days after the date the application is received.
- The director shall give each licensee a license bearing a unique license number. The licensee shall include the license number on all written contracts and receipts.
- Licenses issued pursuant to this article 230 are subject to the renewal, expiration, reinstatement, and delinquency fee provisions specified in section 12-20-202 (1) and (2). A person whose license has expired is subject to the penalties set forth in this article 230 or in section 12-20-202 (1).
