- It is unlawful for a person to practice as a naturopathic doctor in this state unless the person is covered by professional liability insurance in an amount not less than one million dollars.
- Professional liability insurance required by this section must cover all acts within the scope of practice of a naturopathic doctor.
- A naturopathic doctor is liable for his or her acts or omissions in the performance of naturopathic medicine.
