§ 13-24-113. Standards of Professional Responsibility and Mandatory Reporting Not Affected

[ Editor’s note: This section is effective January 1, 2022.]

1. This article 24 does not affect:
   1. The professional responsibility obligations and standards applicable to a lawyer or other licensed professional; or
   2. The obligation of a person to report abuse or neglect, abandonment, or exploitation of a child or adult under the law of this state.
2. Nothing in section 13-24-117 waives the provisions of rule 1.6 (b) of the Colorado rules of professional conduct.
