§ 14-387-104. Fees for impounding

Any person impounding stock under the provisions of this subchapter and subchapter 2 of this chapter shall be entitled to the following fees:

1. (1) Ten cents (10¢) per day per head for hogs;

2. (2) Ten cents (10¢) per day per head for goats; and

3. (3) Five cents (5¢) per day per head for sheep.
