§ 15-21-141. Definitions

As used in this article, the term:

1. “Commission” means the Brain and Spinal Injury Trust Fund Commission created in Code Section 15-21-142.
2. “Trust fund” means the Brain and Spinal Injury Trust Fund created by Code Section 15-21-148.
