§ 15-75-203. Office — Seal

The Liquefied Petroleum Gas Board shall:

1. (1) Maintain its office in Pulaski County;

2. (2) Acquire suitable quarters for the conduct of its business; and

3. (3) Adopt and use a common seal for the authentication of its orders and records.
