Sec. 0.01.
Short title.
This Act may be cited as the
Disabled Militarymen Money Act.

Sec. 1.
That the Treasurer of the State of Illinois be,
and is hereby authorized to receive from the United States all money which
may be now coming, or which shall hereafter accrue to the said state under
and by virtue of the provisions of “An Act of the Congress of the United
States of America, entitled ‘An Act to provide aid to states and
territorial homes for the support of disabled soldiers and sailors of the
United States,’ approved August 27, 1888.”

Sec. 2.
The money so received from the United States shall be held and
accounted for by the said Treasurer as is other money in his hand belonging
to the State of Illinois.
