- Whoever—
-
(1) engages in the practice of pharmacy as covered by this subchapter or operates, maintains, opens, changes location or establishes any pharmacy without having first obtained the license prescribed herein, or
-
(2) being the proprietor or manager of a pharmacy, fails or neglects to place a pharmacist in charge thereof, or
-
(3) otherwise wilfully violates any of the provisions of this subchapter or of any rules or regulations issued hereunder shall be fined not more than $500 or imprisoned not more than six months, or both.
