  • The Department of Licensing and Consumer Affairs may determine the prices and quantities at which all petroleum derivatives, including gasoline, any article of food, and general supplies may be sold by wholesalers, retailers, producers, or manufacturers. These measures include gross profit measures or any other measure necessary to accomplish the purpose and objective of the Department of Licensing and Consumer Affairs, provided:
    • (a) a reasonable margin of profit is allowed; and

    • (b) a wholesale price and a retail price is set for each item.
