§15A-2-4. Criminal Justice and Grant Administration

(1) Carry out the specific duties imposed on the Governors Committee on Crime, Delinquency, and Correction under the provisions of §15-9-1 et seq. of this code, §30-29-1 et seq. of this code, and §62-11C-1 et seq. of this code;
