§ 16-13-1202. Terms of court

The terms of court in each county in the Fourth Judicial District shall commence on the dates set forth below:

1. (1) Washington County: On January 1, April 1, July 1, and October 1; and

2. (2) Madison County: On the first Mondays in March and September.
