1601 – Trustees Constitute a Board and Body Corporate.

§ 1601. Trustees  constitute  a  board  and body corporate.   The sole
  trustee or the trustees of a common school district shall  constitute  a
  board  for  such  district  and  such  board  is  hereby  created a body
  corporate.
