17-1618. Annual report; annual report fee. [See Revisor’s Note]
Each association formed under this act, or acts amendatory thereto, shall prepare and make an annual report to the secretary of state, and pay the annual report fee, as prescribed by K.S.A. 17-7504, and amendments thereto, except that the report shall be filed at the time prescribed by law for filing the association’s annual Kansas income tax return.
