§ 17-4-304. Start of Term — Rules

§ 17-4-304. Start of Term — Rules

  1. The term of office of each member of the commission shall begin on February 1, 2016.

  2. The commission shall have the authority to promulgate rules in accordance with the Uniform Administrative Procedures Act, compiled in title 4, chapter 5.
