§ 17-4-305. Terms Generally — Eligibility for Reappointment

§ 17-4-305. Terms Generally — Eligibility for Reappointment

  1. Except as otherwise provided in § 17-4-301(b) or § 17-4-306, the term of a member of the commission shall be six (6) years.

  2. Members shall be eligible for reappointment for a successive term.
