§ 18-11-402. Definition

For the purposes of this subchapter, the term “recreational purposes” includes, but is not limited to, any of the following, or any combination thereof:

1. (1) Hunting;

2. (2) Fishing;

3. (3) Trapping;

4. (4) Swimming;

5. (5) Boating;

6. (6) Camping;

7. (7) Picnicking;

8. (8) Hiking;

9. (9) Pleasure driving;

10. (10) Nature study;

11. (11) Water skiing;

12. (12) Winter sports; and

13. (13) Viewing or enjoying historical, archeological, scenic, or scientific sites.
