As used in this subpart, the term:
- “Expulsion” means expulsion of a student from a public school beyond the current school quarter or semester.
- “Suspension” means the short-term suspension of a student from a public school for not more than ten days or long-term suspension for more than ten days pursuant to Code Section 20-2-751.
