§8459. Superintendents’ advisory committee
The superintendents of the units within each region shall serve as an advisory committee to the cooperative board. This committee: [PL 1991, c. 518, §26 (AMD).]
1. Right to attend cooperative board meetings. Must receive notice of and must be invited to attend all meetings of the cooperative board; and

Shall meet with the career and technical education director of the region at least 4 times each calendar year to review current and proposed programs, budgets and issues relating to career and technical education in the region.
