2129 – Deposit of Moneys by Treasurer and Collector.

§ 2129. Deposit  of  moneys  by  treasurer and collector.   All moneys
  received by the treasurer and collector shall be deposited  and  secured
  in the manner provided by section ten of the general municipal law.
