§ 214a. Division of Transportation; Deputy Commissioner

(a) There is hereby created within the Department of Property and Procurement the Division of Transportation.

(b) The Division of Transportation shall be under the direction of the Deputy Commissioner of Transportation.

(c) [Repealed.]
