§3202. Definitions
For purposes of this Part, unless the context otherwise indicates, the following words shall have the following meanings. [PL 1973, c. 790, §3 (NEW).]
1. Agreement. “Agreement” means a legally binding document between the Maine Department of Health and Human Services and the United States Department of Health, Education and Welfare.

[PL 1973, c. 790, §3 (NEW).]3. Category. “Category” means a subclassification of state supplemental income benefits for any one of the following: Blind, disabled or elderly person.
