As used in this article, unless the context otherwise requires:
- “Migrant agricultural worker” means any person engaged in agricultural labor in this state who is residing in a school district which is not his regular domicile during the performance of such agricultural labor.
- “Migrant children” or “migrant child” means any child of school age who is in the custody of migrant agricultural workers, regardless of whether they are his parents.
- “State board” means the state board of education.
