- The commissioner of education shall notify the revisor of statutes in writing if the commissioner of education and the executive director of the department of higher education have jointly approved a local education provider’s application for a p-tech school by January 1, 2017.
- This article is repealed, effective July 1, 2017, if the revisor of statutes does not receive a notice from the commissioner of education pursuant to subsection (1) of this section.
