2216 – District Superintendent Subject to Regulations of Commissioner of Education.

§ 2216. District superintendent subject to regulations of commissioner
  of  education.  A  district  superintendent  shall  be  subject  to such
  regulations and directions as the commissioner of education  shall  from
  time to time prescribe.
