§ 23-115-211. Certain sections inapplicable

In addition to any provision of law expressly exempting the Office of the Arkansas Lottery, the following sections shall not apply to the office:

1. (1) Section 19-1-301 et seq.;

2. (2) Section 19-4-1802;

3. (3) Section 19-5-206;

4. (4) Section 22-9-103;

5. (5) Section 22-9-104; and

6. (6) Section 25-27-104.
