- The council may create subcommittees, as the council deems necessary, to carry out the work of the council.
- If created, the subcommittees must include representatives of the council and may include persons appointed by the chair and the vice-chair of the council who are not members of the council.
- The council may engage in any other activity the council determines is necessary to accomplish the purposes outlined in this part 11.
