23-3304. Same; costs and attorney fees.
Costs and reasonable attorney fees shall be awarded to the respondent in an action filed pursuant to K.S.A. 2021 Supp. 22-3302* et seq., and amendments thereto, unless the court determines that justice and equity otherwise require.
