§ 24-14-104. Amount of Coverage – Limitations

1. The extent of the insurance coverage shall be limited as follows:
   1. For any bodily injury and property damage to one person in any single occurrence, the sum of one hundred fifty thousand dollars;
   2. For any bodily injury and property damage to two or more persons in any single occurrence, the sum of four hundred thousand dollars; except that, in such instance, no person may recover in excess of one hundred fifty thousand dollars.
