- On or before January 15, 2020, and on or before January 15 each year thereafter for the duration of the grant program, each school that receives a grant through the grant program shall submit a report to the division of homeland security and emergency management. At a minimum, the report must include the following information:
- The number of schools that used grant money to provide training programs to appropriate personnel regarding effective communications with first responders in an emergency;
- The number of schools that used grant money to provide or upgrade its interoperable technology, including interoperable communication hardware or software; and
- The total number of students enrolled in the schools that received grant money.
- On or before January 15, 2019, and on or before January 31 each year thereafter for the duration of the grant program, the department shall include a summarized report of the activities of the grant program in the department’s annual presentation to the applicable committee of reference pursuant to section 2-7-203.
- Notwithstanding section 24-1-136 (11)(a)(I), the reporting requirements set forth in this section continue until the grant program repeals pursuant to section 24-33.5-2108.
