(a) The Office of the Attorney General may charge a fee to a governmental unit to reimburse the office for an expenditure made on behalf of a governmental unit.

(b) A fee under subsection (a) of this section shall be deposited by the office into the State Central Services Fund as a refund to an expenditure.
