- No person engaged in manufacturing, remaking, or renovating bedding for sale or distribution shall use any previously used material which since last used has not been disinfected by a method approved by the department of public health and environment.
- No person shall knowingly sell any bedding containing animal material, including but not limited to hair, feathers, down, or wool, which has not been disinfected by a method approved by the department of health prior to being incorporated into such bedding.
- Repealed.
