§ 26-2-463. [Effective July 1, 2023] Furnishing of Data and Statistics and Maintenance of Records by Operators

1. Any person operating under this article shall furnish, upon the request of the Commissioner, such data and statistics as he or she may require.
2. All persons operating under this article shall keep complete and accurate records of their operations, and the Commissioner shall have free access to all such records.
