§ 26-6.9-101. Definitions

As used in this article 6.9, unless the context otherwise requires:

1. “Facility” means an agency meeting the standards described in section 27-81-106 (1) and approved pursuant to section 27-81-106.
2. “Pilot program” means the child care services and substance use disorder treatment pilot program created in this article 6.9.
