§508. Use of adult use cannabis and adult use cannabis products within licensed premises
1. Employee use of cannabis or cannabis products for medical use. A licensee may allow an employee who is a qualifying patient to privately consume cannabis and cannabis products for medical use within its licensed premises.

Except as otherwise provided in this chapter, a licensee may not allow an employee to consume adult use cannabis or adult use cannabis products within its licensed premises or while the employee is otherwise engaged in activities within the course and scope of employment.
