§901. Establishment
The Cannabis Advisory Commission, established by Title 5, section 12004‑I, subsection 52‑C and referred to in this subchapter as “the commission,” is created for the purpose of conducting a continuing study of the laws relating to cannabis and reporting to the Legislature its findings and recommendations on an annual basis.
