§ 29-34-405. No Limits on Liability Between Skaters and Spectators or on Operators Who Engage in Gross Negligence or Willful and Wanton Conduct
§ 29-34-405. No Limits on Liability Between Skaters and Spectators or on Operators Who Engage in Gross Negligence or Willful and Wanton Conduct
This part shall not limit the liability of one (1) ice skater or spectator to another ice skater or spectator.
This part shall not apply where an operator engages in behavior that amounts to gross negligence, or willful or wanton conduct.
