3-12-3-6. Duplicate Ballot Card to Be Clearly Labeled and Bear Serial Number

Sec. 6. All duplicate ballot cards must:

(1) be clearly labeled “duplicate”; and

(2) bear a serial number, which shall be recorded on the damaged or defective card.
