32-1401. Contracts for promotional advertising services; bidding exemption.
The secretary of wildlife, parks and tourism is hereby authorized to negotiate and enter into contracts for promotional advertising services for the performance of the powers, duties and functions of the Kansas department of wildlife, parks and tourism. All such contracts shall be exempt from the competitive bidding requirements of K.S.A. 75-3739, and amendments thereto.
