- It is unlawful to provide goods or services for compensation on property owned or managed by the division unless permitted by commission rule.
- [ Editor’s note: This version of subsection (2) is effective until March 1, 2022.] A person who violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punished by a fine of not less than one hundred dollars nor more than one thousand dollars or by imprisonment in the county jail for not more than one year, or by both such fine and imprisonment, and an assessment of twenty license suspension points.
(2) [ Editor’s note: This version of subsection (2) is effective March 1, 2022. ] A person who violates this section commits a petty offense and is assessed twenty license suspension points.
