[ Editor’s note: This version of this section is effective until March 1, 2022. ] Any inspector who knowingly makes any false certificate under the provisions of section 35-53-102 to the state board of stock inspection commissioners is guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punished by a fine of not more than one thousand dollars, or by imprisonment in the county jail for not more than one year, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
