As used in this article, unless the context otherwise requires:
- “Authority” means the Colorado horse development authority created by section 35-57.8-103 (2).
- “Board” means the board of directors of the Colorado horse development authority created by section 35-57.8-104 (1).
- “Commissioner” means the commissioner of agriculture.
