§ 35-60-108. Prohibited Acts

1. The following acts and the causing thereof are prohibited:
   1. The manufacture or distribution of any feed that is adulterated or misbranded;
   2. The use of feed that is adulterated for any cattle, sheep, goats, swine, poultry, or any other animals if such animals are raised to produce human food;
   3. The adulteration or misbranding of any feed;
   4. The distribution of agricultural commodities such as whole seed, hay, straw, stover, silage, cobs, husks, and hulls, that are adulterated;
   5. The removal or disposal of a feed in violation of section 35-60-111;
   6. The failure or refusal to register in accordance with section 35-60-104;
   7. The violation of section 35-60-112 (6);
   8. The failure or refusal to pay distribution fees and file reports in accordance with section 35-60-105;
   9. The sale of customer-formula feed to any person other than the person who provided the manufacturing instructions;
   10. The failure to maintain any records required by this article or any rule promulgated pursuant to this article;
   11. The failure to comply with any other provision of this article or the rules promulgated pursuant to this article not otherwise specified in this section; and
   12. The falsification of any information given to the commissioner.
