[ Editor’s note: This version of this section is effective until March 1, 2022. ] Any person interfering with or damaging any state reservoir, or parts or appurtenances thereof, is guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punished by a fine of not more than one thousand dollars or by imprisonment in the county jail for not more than one year.
