- By May 1, 2020, the division shall also create and maintain a database of mobile home parks that have had complaints filed against them under the program.
- At a minimum, the database must include:
- The number of complaints received;
- The nature and extent of the complaints received;
- The violation of law complained of; and
- The outcome of each complaint.
