§ 38-12-1108. Mobile Home Park Complaint Database

1. By May 1, 2020, the division shall also create and maintain a database of mobile home parks that have had complaints filed against them under the program.
2. At a minimum, the database must include:
   1. The number of complaints received;
   2. The nature and extent of the complaints received;
   3. The violation of law complained of; and
   4. The outcome of each complaint.
