- A licensee shall not:
- Allow a minor to place a wager;
- Offer, accept, or extend credit to a bettor;
- Directly advertise or promote sports wagering to minors. The board shall adopt rules specific to the manner in which a licensee may advertise its business operations as authorized by this part;
- Offer or accept a wager on any event, outcome, or occurrence other than a sporting event, including, without limitation, a high school sporting event offered, sponsored, or played in connection with a public or private institution that offers education at the secondary level; or
- Accept a wager from a person who is on the registry created and maintained by the corporation under § 4-51-312(c).
- A violation of this section is:
- For a first offense, a Class B misdemeanor; and
- For a second or subsequent offense, a Class A misdemeanor.
