§ 40-38-101. Legislative Intent — Short Title - US Lawyer Database

The general assembly finds and declares that victims and witnesses shall have certain rights in this state and that they shall be made aware of these rights.

This part shall be known and may be cited as the “Victims’ Bill of Rights.”
