- The operator of any child residential home shall provide notification in accordance with this chapter within sixty (60) days of beginning operation.
- All child residential homes operating on July 1, 1989, shall either apply for a license from the Department of Public Welfare pursuant to Section 43-15-5, Mississippi Code of 1972, or file notification in accordance with this chapter, prior to August 1, 1989.
